Old Manila Day Trip in National Museum, Intramuros and Fort Santiago

Art appreciation is a thing of the past. However, it's not yet too late for me to visit museums and historical sites to search for beauty, truth and meaning.

Half day is enough for us to find time to enter National Museum and walk around San Augustin Church and Manila Cathedral for FREE, Intramuros and Fort Santiago for PHP 50 and have dinner buffet with cultural show at Barbara's for PHP 799.

Photos show how we did it.

Bond for Free and You'll Never Regret Attending Nuvali Night Sky Cinema

Being too sentimental and over thinker, I opted doing things to avoid depression. Luckily, my office mate suggested to go to Sta. Rosa, Laguna to watch the Nuvali Night Sky Cinema last April 29, 2017. I immediately said yes and the rest was a one of a kind experience.

Twin Hike from Mount Apayang to Mount Talamitam via New Banilad Trail

Life should have more mountains and less stress. This crossed my mind before experiencing total mental breakdown days before the release of the 2016 Bar Examinations results.

Winter in Korea Day 5: Incheon International Airport

We were all set to go back to the Philippines. We had enough rest since we slept for 11 hours so we can gain energy for work on the next day. We felt so refreshed and our host family even helped us to have our memorable fifth day in South Korea.

Winter in Korea Day 4: Myeongdong, YG republique, Shinsegae Mall, DDP and DOTS Exhibit in Doota Duty Free

Our fourth day will be our last chance to see the snow before heading back to the Philippines. Our itinerary centered in Myeongdong. The last busy day will be dedicated to Namsan Tower and Myeongdong cathedral and shopping streets. We prayed hard to God so He will let us see and experience snow and He answered it hard as well.

Winter in Korea Day 3: Elysian Ski Resort, Bok Chicken, And.Here Cafe and Maronnier Park

Winter escapade is not complete without skiing. We made sure that we will experience it during our planning. I opted to go to the nearest ski resort that is accessible by subway. And through blogs, I found out that Elysian Ski Resort can be reached if we alight from Baegyang-ri station and wait for the free shuttle bus to the ski house.

Winter in Korea Day 2: Changdeokgung Palace and Huwon, Goblin Filming Sites (Unhyeongung Royal Residence & Yanggwan and bbq Olive Chicken in Jongno), Garosu-gil Street and Riverside Spa Land

It's Seollal or Lunar New Year in South Korea and I was not aware when I was planning our winter trip. There were advantages and disadvantages but we leaned on the better side. Many Koreans celebrate this with the family and we really observe that many of them especially the kids enjoy this event.

Winter in Korea Day 1: Digital Media City with KPoP Idols, KBS, Noryangjin Market and Hongdae

Eight months after our first trip together in South Korea, my sister and I braved the weather and tried to experience winter there. We are from the topical country, Philippines, so we are not immune to extreme or harsh or very cold weather in South Korea. See how we made sure to enjoy our five day trip despite the chilling season!

YG Stans Must Visit Places in South Korea (Updated 2020)

I have been in South Korea for five times in a matter of six years. And during those visits, I did not forget to include certain places that are definitely must-go-to places for YG stans like me. Together with my sister, I am slowly completing the list I created in order for us to proclaim that we are indeed true blooded YG stans.

Must Visit Korean Drama Filming Locations (Updated 2020)

Before loving KPop, we fell for South Korea because of the birth of Koreanovelas or Korean Dramas in Philippine television. And part of my plans during my trip is to visit some of the memorable filming locations that Korean Drama addicts like me know.

Singapore-Malaysia Budget Trip with my Siblings

The trip was unplanned yet there were so many realizations after surpassing our siblings' relationship test. We booked our flight with PhP 6,000 airfare each exclusive of the PhP 1620 travel tax just to explore Singapore and Malaysia in three days.

Throwback to my Autumn Experience in South Korea

We literally enjoyed every minute of our stay there and this was how we summarized our travel diary from October 30 - November 4, 2013.

Three Things To Do in Tarlac for a Day (Tarlac Recreational Park + Monasterio de Tarlac + Kart City Tarlac)

While thinking of a fun place where my office mates will enjoy, Tarlac came across the picture. It seemed to be the perfect setting where we can bond at low cost.

My fascination over hot air balloons began when I made my bucket list.
